To whom it may concern,

I was trying to complete and pay for an order on your website and your charge was not permitted to go through with paypal. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with paypal verifying my account, only to find out it was a problem on your end.

Please contact me to hopefully resolve this matter. I would like to complete my order as soon as possible.

This is the response from Unopenedsavings.com that I got...

Hello,

We apologize for the inconvenience. We have identified that the item you attempted to order is currently out-of-stock, and therefore your order(s) were automatically canceled by Paypal. During the Paypal cancellation process, your payment card was likely "authorized" and then "reversed" by PayPal for the charge. Therefore your payment card will not have any charges listed and will be correctly updated within 24 hours.

Please check your payment card account and if the charges are still there after 24 hours, please contact us to reconcile the problem.

kind regards,

Melissa | UnopenedSavings SalesTeam Member
