Realty Associates contacted me & said they had a buyer for my La Jolla timeshare. On sept 7, 2011 we bought a timeshare at la jolla for $ 16,560. They said they would buy our Mayan Sea Garden timeshare & deposit in our bank $16,100 within 180 days. When the money did not come we asked them for it. We were told the company that was selling the property went bankrupt & we would not be receiving any money. On July 17, 2013 Daisy Escobar from Financial Attunement located at 1375 Sutter St, San Francisco contacted me saying La Jolla Boutique was bankrupt & there was a new owner. We were told the new owner has to buy out all previous owners. She said it would only cost me $3690 for 10% transfer fee & title search. There would be no other charges. I sent a wire transfer. Daisy said they were buying my property for $36.900. In Aug 2013 Banamex Bank in Mexico called & said we had to pay $8118 Capitol gains tax. They said the new owner was paying all these fees at the close of escrow. I told them I didn't have that kind of money. They settled for $ 4059. Blue Collar Financial sent me proof that there was a total of $44,649 deposited from new owners & that my money would be coming in 5 days. Banamex called & said we now had to pay $2069 money transfer fee. I said they were going to have to take it out of escrow. I told them I will sign paperwork that the escrow company pay them this final payment. They will not return any phone calls.
