This agency is a fraud. I used this service to apply for a Canadian visa. I paid my money upon submitting my forms so they could be mailed of, this was 6 months ago. I received an email from my "agent" saying that she will be resiging from her position but my case would be transferred to a person named Michael (no last name, that should have been a red flag). I was never contacted by any one and I proceeded to call them every day for the last 3 weeks. The first week I got the answering machine but waited 10-15 minutes without any reply. In the last 2 weeks the number is now disconnected. I went to the office today and there is a printed piece of paper that says global visa on the door however, the door is locked. I asked the business next door and they said no one has been there for a while and a lot of other people like me have been stopping by asking the same questions. They have taken peoples money and just left. This is theft pure and simple. If anyone can help me locate someone with this organization please reply.
