International boundaries
Agreed to pay £7 for a trial, once card details were provided they withdrew over £150. Contacted helpline was told it was in the T&C's. Re-checked website, received emails, invoice and delivery note but found no mention of this. Was promised a call back to discuss but not received. Further calls have not yet secured a refund.
