I also received an email to "try" E-Cig for $4.95 shipping and handling. Little did I know that I was going to be charged $99.95 per month. Also.....I was charged this $99.95 on 1/2/2014 (in which I did open the product and kinda figured o.k., I was stupid enough to believe it would be only $4.95 I will live with the $99.95 as a loss) BUT then they charged me another $99.95 on 1/21/2014 which is not even 1 month since I was charged the first time. I have been on the phone with them 2 x's to at the very least refund me $99.95 1x's and discontinue my "so called" membership. I keep getting told they are referring to "upper management" yet I can NOT speak with any upper management. RIDICULOUS!!! I can't even get a phone call back I have to call them. Again RIDICULOUS!!! Horrible Customer Service and quite frankly a Horrible Product as well, tastes terrible!! They should be shut down and off the WEB!!!
