I agreed on the $2.95 for the shipping and when my husband went to the bank he was shock that he was missing $160.00. Then when he brought me the statement it said that it was from this company. I called them again on January 17 and asked them why was i charge that amount when i didnt agree on paying that and the person that i was speaking to said that she didnt know...so then i asked to be transfer to a supervisor and the supervisor said that i will receiving my item the next day. I called like about 6 times to ask for the tracking number but yet they all tell me the same thing that their system is updating and they couldnt give me the tracking number.
So finally today me and my husband went to his bank and said that they will refunding his money back within 2 days. Thank God!!!!
