They keep calling and leaving messages that fill up my answering machine. I return their call and a Man, Robert Matthews Employee # 11545, with thick East Indian accent tells me that they are getting ready to send officers to my address to arrest me for outstanding tax debt. I tell them to quit calling me because I know they are a SCAM. He gets angry and more threatening while I laugh and hang up.
