I purchased gifts for my daughters and grandchildren while I was in Australia. I sent them from a Post Office In Bali Indonesia. I paid $50.00 for one package and $50.50 for my second package sent. Both of my daughters have received collection notices from Synter Resources, LLC for exactly the same amounts that I paid for postage. Synter says that it is collecting on behalf of DHL for 'Duty Charges' paid. I was told when I purchased the gifts that no duty is due on gifts.

I have tried 7 or 8 times, leaving voice messages, to contact Adrain Curry at Synter to resolve this matter. Her phone number is 847-746-2200 Ext 1715. I left both my phone number in Australia and my email address for her to contact me. She has never attempted to contact me. As of today, 1-30-2014 @ 7:35 AM Australian time her mail box is not accepting any further messages because it is full.
