I have placed the order for Garcinia Cambogia by mistake and call the on-line service in 30 min after the order was placed. On-line rep explained to me that order cannot be cancelled because it is streamlined process and the only way for me to receive the refund would be to receive the package and send it back.
Once the package was received I was informed that re-stocking fee will be applied to each bottle (the package was not even opened) and also that I am responsible for the shipping charges. I was put thru 30 min wait with my phone being transferred from person to the other with no results.
I will take my claim with the American express and put it for the dispute.
