I spent two years trying to get this clown to answer phone calls, emails, faxes, and letters. He lied all the time about what was happening to my account. I had to sue him personally to have him act on my account. He misrepresented my intentions with the credit card company and settled on an amount much less than what I transferred to his company. He said I had a refund coming but I have never seen anything else from this guy. American Negotiators and John Atchley Jr. should be charged with fraud and taken to court.
