I applied for a for sample from this company and paid the postage by credit card. The cream, duly arrived with an anonymous delivery note. As far as I was concerned that should have been the end of my dealings with this company but a further pot of cream was delivered without an order. A sum of £95 was taken from my account before the order arrived. There was no indication of how to reclaim the money and return the cream so I have incurred a loss. As far as I can recall the offer for the cream cam on the top of a bottle of well known Pomegranite juice which gave it an impression of credibility. I should have been alerted by the lack of information on the delivery note. The company took the payment before delivering the cream. so the options for redress are very limited The cream is pretty rubbishy anyway
