I was trying a trial offer on teeth whitening. I was not told that they were going to be taking out $94.31 and $1.03 twice and $3.87 twice. It was suppose to be for only $1.03.

I received a statement where they had taken the other fees and when I called to tell them that I did not authorize those charges they told me that I can not get a refund cause it was a 7-day trial. I did not get the product until January 25 and I did not open it and wanted to return it for my full refund. They also enrolled me in a program for coupons which I did not authorize them. I am filing a complaint cause this is deceptive and consumers should be given their full refund and this company should cease and desist operating and deceiving consumers like this.
