I sought out help to migrate to Australia on 7th of January (Case ID: 3336221) I had very warm welcoming sales calls up until i made a payment(Relocation consultant rAJ) WHO GOT ME IN TO PAYING 600 Pounds to get the case started..and referred to Safyiah, who would be my case worker. I had a 5 minute conversation with her...In less than a week my personal circumstances changed and i did not want to go ahead with my application, and i requested a refund...now not only they are not refunding my money they are asking for MORE money!!
How unbelievably ridiculous is that! a 5 minute meet costs 1000 Pounds!
1) I haven't received any consultation calls
2) I haven't submitted a any documents for review
3) i basically haven't started my application
4) the 5 minute conversation was to go through the standard eligibility criteria again that is available FREE online
Safyiah; my case worker seems to think answering the phone and saying hello is providing consultation, as when i informed her that i do not intend to start my application, she said what she was doing then (just talking to me and hearing my wish not to proceed) was consultation!!!
Please help in getting my refund.

We're sorry that you feel as though you've been treated unfairly by our company. However, you will have agreed to a payment plan when starting your application. We allow our clients to pay us either in full or in installments to better suit their requirements. The total sum is the agreed price for our service which, at the time, you agreed to pay.
Unfortunately changing your mind does not warrant a refund, not only with us but with most other companies, too. Our team assess each of our clients for suitability and begin their case work straight away. No one can be expected to work for free and we have to protect our income and expertise.
Contracts between services and clients exist to protect both parties and guarantee that both will live up to their part of the bargain.

If a refund is requested immediately and on the same day as soon as false presentation is detected than the client is entitled to a refund as it's a scam from IXP visas!!! -
