on 22/11/2013 ordered Garcinia - received nil. on 06/12/13 my Credit card debited - nil received. on 07/01/2014 my credit card again debited and still nil received. I want to be credited for the full amount including post/packaging from USA for the 3 orders never received.

The 588.00 could be more am not sure of your figures only that it has cost me over R5500.00.
