I ordered the trial pack and paid $5.60 by VISA card for shipping charges. A trial pack was never received. Instead, a regular size pack was sent and charged to the card on 11/7/12. A second regular size was charged to the card on 11/21/12. Neither product was used. We returned both packages on 11/27/12 via US Postal Service with a letter of explanation and complaint and demand for a refund. Have never heard anything to date and return was never acknowledged. My bank was advised and filed a dispute on both charges. The bank was unsuccessful and charged our account with the $179.90. We have all receipts and bank letters. Thank you.
