I Recieced my sample at least a month after ordering it, which was around the beggening of December 2013. In the mail it included directions on how to take the product but no contact information, or anything stating that it would continue charging me. Jan 21 2014 and jan 22 2014 they took 89.00 out of my checking account. I can not find a phone number anywhere on any website. I am going to have to change my checking account number. This was the WORST expierence ive ever had ordering anything online. DO NOT BUY " free sample"
