I have a complaints against Ike boilingbrook Illinois. I purchased a closet for my 75 years old mom from the as is section and there was nothing wrong with it. Upon delivery the door was damaged and the hinges where snapped and left 2 holes. I wasn't home so my daughter signed for it but the ticket was noted that it's damaged. Now the store telling me they will not send me a new one and pick this up and I can't afford to buy a new one for my mom. I'm calling channel 7 need and Fox News in one week if you guys don't resolve the problem.
