I ordered some boots through a web site called Penny Laurence which looked to be based in Ireland. My payment was taken by ssleshopand was £15 more than the original stated amount (aparently due to exchange rate changes !!!) and I eventually received my order 10 days later. The order came from Honk Kong and was 2 sizes smaller than my stated order. No invoice or return options enclosed with the boots and I'm still waiting for a reply to my e-mail to arrange the return and refund. It is very difficult to contact this company as there is no address or telephone number on their website. Would never buy anything from them again
