Ordered several items based on Facebook suggestions in my feed. Learned that the suggestions come from others who have used the site to get a discount on their own purchase. Ten days after payment I have received only 3 of the 9 items I ordered. Of the three received, all three are defective. A charging cord was falsely advertised to imply it was compatible with my phone, however it isn't. Calling them is ineffective because nobody answers. Emailing them takes multiple days for a response. Email responses never address the concerns. Cannot seem to get a straight answer about a return of defective merchandise. Their customer service tactics imply that they assume you will give up on pursuing the merchantable product that you believed you were buying. I believe they sold my phone number to disreputable companies because shortly after my payment was made, I'm now getting phone calls from timeshare scams as early as 7:00am and as late as 11:00pm.
