A man called saying he was issuing a arrest warrant and said if I didnt cooperate they would be police at my door, then he told me to call 646-757-1261 and talk to Officer Shawn Cooper which I couldn't even understand said he was going to the court on tuesday to issue a arrest warrant if I didnt pay them back ...he had all my personal information and the scarey thing is they have my phone number
