I placed two orders: one, a day after Black Friday and then another one 2 days later. When I noticed the Merchant Name was different on the second order from the first one, and I never got a Confirmation e-mail for my orders, I became suspicious. I called my Credit Card company, but the charges had gone through for both orders and they told me to dispute it after getting the merchandise. I got fake handbags for the first order and NOTHING for the second one. I was robbed!!! I wrote LVFULL.COM and they offered me $200 refund...Yeah Right? I refused their offer and asked them for a return address to ship their fake products... I got for the first order. I never received another e-mail from them. I couldn't contact them by phone either. Then, they took their website offline. I am still disputing the charges with my Credit Card Company. :( This has been a real Nightmare!! It taught me a big lesson... High Brand Merchandise should never be purchased via Website.
