EHS called our organization saying the represented the AERA convention in Philadelphia. Their rates for hotels seemed good at first but one was 7 miles from the site (they said 7 blocks) while the other "suddenly went up" to $349 a night 7 blocks away. We did their whole online electronic signature form with a credit card and submitted. We then realized it was a scam. We called back and cancelled. They said the order was not entered in the system so we were told we were all set and got a confirmation cancellation email. To be safe, we cancelled our credit card and asked for a replacement.
