was contacted by company offering 20GBP voucher for petrol and a booklet to see what else they offer.Had to give card details to pay 1GBP for cost of carriage.
Was told I would have 14 days to consider and withdraw once I received the booklet. The booklet arrived after the expiry date, so I emailed immediately both the cancellation and customer service lines.
Received no reply and money taken from my card without my permission.
Several emails all ignored, realised it is a scam and I have lost over 80GBP.
Very upset as living on a tight pension and just feel vulnerable and taken advantage of.
