I ordered what the website indicate was a genuine Louis Vuitton bag and what we got was a fake and the strap was broken and tied together by thread and long pieces of string were hanging out of the straps. I contacted the customer service number on the website and they claim to say that they do not have our order and that we did not order from them. Please let us know how we can recover our money.
