I ordered a free collagen skin sample from health direct llc denver and pay just for shipping just $3.95US, on December 9/2013 and with no warning and I got charged $87.95US- $96.11CAD, I didn't know they scamming me just like that - to test a free sample of the product and asking me to pay only the shipping- would cost me the full price. This is a rip off, if they were more clear about this, like mentioning the charges... I would off pass on this one... for sure. Were should I complain???
