By mistake (a problem with the website) I placed my order twice (Sept.). After I received the deliveries, I called the company, was given the address and returned one order. I called in December to indicate I had not received my refund and was told that the money had been refunded in October. I had to fax a copy of my credit card statement to show that, no, I had not received any money. I called again in January because I have yet to receive the refund. This time, they indicated that they had not received the returned products. However, they had received them in October and supposedly given me a refund. Cheats.
