I received my diploma last year & made several attempts to register for courses at the community collage but have no luck! I was told it was no good, I received an email immediately after from a Brandon White saying he was looking through my records & notice I had not attested or registered my diploma. He urged me to contact him immediately but left no contact info for him except for a click here spot for me chat with someone online. So I did & got a David Meyers who was no help & very rude. I explained I was unaware of having to do this process & asks what I needed to do they told me it cost anywhere from $500-$200 more.. When I explained i had never been told about this before when i signed up. I tried calling & asking to speak to a supervisor Alex Brown & Brandon White but got hung up every time. I even tried the online chat attempt again & they started out very helpful until I asked to speak to Brandon White or Alex Brown & the chat was immediately ended. I hope this helps anyone who took the time to read this.
