I had ordered for a free sample to only pay $4.95 in s&h...next thing I know is my account was debited automatically $97.88, I called to cancel, dealt with any extremely rude man, I told him to cancel this shipment. One month later my account was debited AGAIN but this time @ half the cost...called again, left on hold for 18 min, got through to a clerk whom told me once I receive the next order to send back & they would credit my account but only @ the half price amount. I'm still waiting for the shipment that Supposenly I can return but only for half the amount!
