Submitted order for shoes and received a generic receipt from ZenCart with a link to click for a detailed invoice. Link did not work. Have sent 2 emails through Nex123 complaint form, sent 2 emails to Nex123 contact email [email protected], have sent 2 emails to vendor who received payment through Paypal "Wang Jing" email [email protected].
Submitted a claim through Paypal January 16. Received auto-reply but no real reply yet.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.
