I placed the order online on 1/13/2014 and canceled the order less than 24 hours later on 1/14/2014. Until now they have not returned the $90 back to my account nor did they levy a cancellation charge ($15.00 processing fee ....ridiculous)....it's been 9 days and when i called archives.com to complain they're trying to give me the run around.
