Disgusted with this company and their complaints department who have basically called me a liar and hung up.
Designer measured wrong so my wall units don't fit flush and wine rack doesn't fit at all. Now have gaps between units.
No instructions or plans with the units so basically guess work trying to find out what is what and what goes where!
Doors missing and integrated washing machine unit missing and not listed on the plan by the designer so again my fault and I have to pay for them.
Units chipped, again they wont replace them as apparently I should have opened up every one of the 48 + boxes to check while the driver was there!
Fuming after paying £3400 for a kitchen that is a mess.
NEVER use this company.
