Order a trial of $4.95 on 6/12/2013 did not receive trial until 29/12/2013, $98.13 was taken out of my account on the 2/01/2013. Have emailed them but they tell me it not their fault the trial did not arrive for me to trial before they took out the amount from my bank account. They will not refund this amount
