On may 1st my husband let our roommate or neighbor what ever you want to call her our car. And she bumped into another car now more than half a year later we are receiving letters by this company tga with another number (800)443-8338. They say in the letter I have to pay over $6,000, this is my second letter. When they sent me the first letter i called them and told them that I was not driving the vehicle because I wasn't. I didn't know how to drive then. The girl that borrowed my husbands car gave my name when she bumped into the other persons car because she thought i was covered by my husbands insurance and clearly i was not. I already reported her to the police. Now tga is contacting me and asking for more than 6K that i don't have and they keep saying they have my info although they never give me that infoand i should pay it I don't know what to do.
