This website charged my checking account $87 for charges that they claim I signed up for and received a notification email. When I called the customer service line, the lady said the only way to find my account was to verify my account information. She asked to verify the usually information, birthdate and last four of SSN. I gave her wrong information and she did not even say I was wrong. When I asked how to obtain a refund, I was given the explaination of filling out a form and mailing in my bank statement. You want me to send you my bank statement so that you can reverse my charges. This is completely a SCAM and I am going to file charges with the police station. Hopefully, my bank will be able to get my money back since I am not sending them my bank statement.
