Representative of TWC came to the door of my residence on 7/29/13 with offer for package; phone / faster internet / cable with extras, Fee was to be $120 month for 12 mo. and $200 rewards card. (all of this we have in a document signed by 'representative of twc') turns out the billed amount was $126 mo. for 6 mo. and $100 reward card. Many calls and on line chats with twc customer service has not resolved this dispute.
