Ordered the 14 day free trial. They charged my account 14 days after date of order! I called and was told they never said I could USe the product for 14 days. My bank reversed the charges, and I returned the merchandise within the 30 day guarantee frame. They recharged my account for $89.99. Said I didn't have an RMA per their policy. Their rep never told me I needed one to return. So they have their product AND my money! Refuse to return because of their Terms and Conditions. Normal people do not read all the fine print, and the law is based on what a normal person would do. Do they read the terms on the back of theor movie tickets? On the back of their credit cards? This is one shady company hiding behind the small, obscure print that allows them to cheat people. 14 day free trial should be exactly that!

I FINALLY got my VISA to see the problem. They are refunding my money.
