For the past approximately 10 days to two weeks there have been 4 separate e-mail addresses chatting with me on Yahoo Messenger posing as interested males from ourtime.com, seniorpeople.com and one instance of eHarmony.com (eHarmony notified me that [email protected] was suspended from the site without explanation by eHarmony and advised no further communication.)

The following email addresses were given as belonging to interested males: [email protected] (see above paragraph); [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected] ([email protected]).

There seems to be a very consistent pattern/profile for these men; they all present with very similar stories. With the exception of one of the email addresses, the other end of the dating profile and 'chat' information is as follows:

Widowed man, foreign born, living in the US and presumably a naturalized citizen, who must travel overseas for a work-related activity for weeks at a time. The second interaction begins with a very strong monologue -- "You are my soulmate; I can't believe how fast I'm falling in love with you. I've left all the dating sights and want to love only you . . . and on and on and on." These 'men' are constantly on-line and available to chat seemingly 24/7. Their particular 'story', i.e., appropriate timezones for the supposed countries where they are working, is carried from day-to-day. They all have just received an unexpected and large sum of money, are on the verge of retiring and want to spend their golden years with woman of their dreams which amazingly is you.

One of 'storyboards' provided YouTube video of the supposed KLM pilot walking through the airport with 5 or 6 other KLM employees. While the video appears to be authentically KLM footage, the person identified as 'one-in-the-same' as the interested male on YahooMessenger, I am sure has no idea his name is supposedly David Ramsey, originally from Milan, Italy, brought to this country at 15 by his now deceased father, who currently lives in New Britain, CT, with his two children -- Shirley 15 and Terry 13 -- widowed from his Mexican-born wife for three years. [KLM Airlines video: (http://www.Youtube.com/watchv=ljmBWDWUBBU&NR=1), "David Ramsey" is supposedly the second male KLM pilot, with no hat, walking with his flight crew in 2009.] The initial contact/chat included a supposedly live video chat for approximately 30 seconds with a middle-aged Caucasian male to demonstrate the authenticity of the contact. KLM Pilot 'David Ramsey' goes to Europe three weeks out of every month for work and must leave for Europe a couple of days after the initial contact. He's tired of being a pilot and is retiring very soon and will invest in a car dealership to keep himself busy as he is not old enough to retire completely.

During the last chat, "Something has come up and I need your help." is offered. A 'Last Will and Testament' is emailed as having appeared miraculously from the deceased father's attorney who somehow has not contacted 'David Ramsey' for these last four years. As the 'storyboard' goes, the Italian father died in Spain, and his Will is just now appearing. (Copy of the 'Will' of Enger. Terry Ramsey is available via email. Upon closer inspection, the Will bares Barack Obama's signature.) The Will stipulates that David Ramsey's 2.5 M$ inheritance must be received by David's fiancee or wife, as the deceased Terry Ramsey does not want his son to be subjected to the 'meanness' of his Spanish relatives. At this point, there is an offer of engagement and marriage. When 'checking with my attorney regarding international transactions of this nature' was suggested; the chat was quickly ended. No further communication has been received.

Israel Reyna's 'storyboard' is as follows: Hungarian-born, now residing in Laredo,Texas, widower for six years, petroleum engineer with Battelle Corporation, who must travel shortly after the initiation of the contact to England to work on an engineering problem on a North Sea oil rig platform. He will be there for 2 to 3 weeks. As part of his work, receives a 150,000 Pound bonus for such a spectacular job and effort. This is his last job before retirement and he is coming back to US, richer, ready to retire and be with the woman of his dreams who happens to be you. Again, he can't believe how hard he's fallen for you and can't wait to meet you when he returns to the States. You are 'The One.' During a chat, "I want to send you a surprise; can I have your address?" is expressed. When that request was declined. The conversation quickly ended and there has been no communication since.

Alex18770's 'story' is of a Dutch-born individual, living now in CA, widowed for several years when his beloved wife died of brain cancer -- "If money could have saved her, she would still be alive today. I spent $2M on trying to save her life. " There is a daughter who is in medical school at Harvard. He is sole owner of a family-started, thriving textile-importation business.

[email protected] (aka, David Grant) story goes as follows: Australian-born native (Perth Canning) who is an auto mechanic by training but now imports cars around the world. When he's in the United States he's in Wilmington, DE. Right now he's in Ghana selling his cars and will be returning to the States as soon as he is finished with all his clients. He's willing to relocate for love even though his only child, a son, Peter, lives in Australia. His wife of 18-years cheated on him and 'he had to get a divorce' two years ago. Finding his soulmate is his number one priority and he's pretty sure you're IT. All this in one e-mail before he was 'kicked-off' eHarmony.

All of these 'men' appeared within three weeks of one another. It was as if my name appeared on an internet mailing-list for this particular scam-type. The 'story-board' for each of these contacts is so similar as to not be a coincidence. The nationalities, work-country, demographics change, yet the basic profile and course of events is constant.
