Received a mail from them in Nov informing me to verify missing information or my company's information will be deleted. Got mislead by them as government bodies and update records.
In Jan, I got a shock when received a invoice of $490 from them which I was not notified during updating records. I query with them to terminate my account but they wouldn't let me terminate and insist that I can terminate in 2015 only.
I will file this case to ACRA / police to investigate as I am sure there are many others who have the same case.

Will do the same.. Would you join me in case of possibility of suing them for moral damages brought about by their misrepresentation and distress caused by the ordeal of being forced to pay up a substantial amount for an unsolicited service? Also, their having sent the unsolicited mail to our address seems like a violation of our privacy rights.

- It is indeed fishy that they gained access to our ACRA reg# and business address.
