I signed up for this site. Thankfully I didn't put any actual credit information in. I was skeptical because of the huge payout options for simply referring people. I referred over 150 people. I accumulated over $1700 for payout. I know the survey gimmicks rarely work, but I tried anyway. Of course none of the options actually allowed me to complete the process. No support at all. No password retrieval links. I would stay away people. waste of time and effort.
