I have never recalled signing up any of their services. I was shocked to received an invoice for $490. Called to cancel and their staff told me to write in which I did. Been arguing twice now and they still refuse to cancel my so called membership. I refuse to pay as I never sign up and never ever use their services. Please advise what I should do next as they insist that I pay.
