This is a legal entity registered in Singapore in 2013, formerly known as Company Register Pte Ltd.
The business sent me an invoice on 13 January 2014 for SGD 490 relating to a subscription fee for 2013 which started (they claim) on 14 November 2013 4:04pm. It is addressed to the General Manager of my company (name withheld). This is interesting as we have no general manager, and my company has not traded since July 2013 (probably earlier in relation to sales) and is being 'voluntarily wound up'. Further at that time no emails or text messages have been sent to Data Register Pte Ltd and as the only contact, I should know.
This is clearly a scam and I have tested this by phoning from a land line on several occasions to find it is only a mailbox that is full and can accept no more messages.
Please do not respond to Data Register Pte Ltd, ignore the fraudulent invoice or better still report it to the authorities who would be only too pleased to have its bank details
