I called Dell for tech support, I yogi answered the call, and said they do service work for Dell.
They did check the system, said they could resolve the issues, and would be 299.99 for a year, maybe two for a warranty. They initially wanted almost 500.00 for warranty work.
Just called Dell to check on a warranty ready to expire, and told them of my I Yogi, the guy said they use to have I yogi do their work, but that was years ago.
Help.
Update: 01/20/2014
They did resolve some issues, but I know I have overpaid, and thought I was dealing with a Dell preferred company...................Not true.....................What is done now??
