i BOUGHT 2 NUWAVES AS PRESENTS TO MY SONS. WHAT I WASN'T TOLD WAS THAT THE SHIPPING TO THEM WAS $54.93 AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO SHIP THEM BACK WITH MY OWN MONEY, THAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN OKAY, IF THEY HAD TOLD ME THAT THE SHIPPING WAS $54.93 AND ACTUALLY i HAD TO PAY 57.00 THROUGH MY UPS STORE TO SEND IT BACK TO THEM. IF I HAD KNOWN HOW MUCH SHIPPING AND HANDLING WAS, I WOULD HAVE SIMPLY THROWN THE MACHINE OUT. BY THE WAY THE MACHINE MADE SOUP OUT MY TENDERLOIN STEAK, HARD ON THE OUTSIDE AND WATERY ON THE INSIDE, AWWWFUULLL AND I SPENT ANOTHER 13.00 FOR THE STEAK. DON'T TOUCH THIS PRODUCT, IT IS A TERRIBLE MACHINE AND THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU ENOUGH INFORMATION TO LET YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO.
