I purchased what was said to be a "like new" Coach purse, only been used to attend a wedding. I recieved the item and it is covered in pen marks and brown spots. I reported the item and seller, @nyanutka but have only recieved an automatic email from the company. I also contacted the seller, since she knew she was lying and misrepresenting her item but have not heard back from her either. I have asked for a full refund of my money. I called the phone number for Poshmark but nobody will pick up or return messages. The automatice email states not to return the item until I hear from them...but they will not contact me. I do not want this purse as it is not like new. I want my money back asap.

They sent me an email late last night that they are gong to refund my money and to send the purse back...it is in the mail now and I hope I get my mony back like they have stated.
