I have similiar experience also. I had lodged a police report against this case.
I found a Singapore website www.pmg.sg listed this case. They mentioned that the company website "companyregister.sg" IP address is in San Francisco, California, US.
I printed the ACRA company profile, company got a Hungarian Director, a Slovakia shareholder, they used their passport to register with ACRA. I think they only have VISA to stay in Singapore. They do not have any valid work pass to stay and work in Singapore.
