i was told that i would be able to choose my due date so that i could pay in the middle of the month since rent is due at the first of the month. this was one of the main reasons i decided to switch. well, that was a flat out lie so now i get charged a late fee of 12 or 15 bucks a month. and they NEGLECTED to mention anything about the TDU charges and that they would be so high. with those charges and all the other charges my electric bill is now 100.00 more plus late fees then what i was paying and now stuck in a 2 year contract. i cannot stand these people. very dishonest. there are so many of us that are either unemployed or underemployed and this rise in my bill is really taking a toll on me. shame on them.
