I gave my debit card number for the shipping cost of a free trial face cream. Two weeks later they charged 99.95 and one week later they charged 105.95. I am very distressed and did not authorize their taking money out of my bank account. So far the phone number I have is not working. I have not been able to reach anyone. This really hurts, I could not afford this at all. I really don't know where to go or who to contact.
