DESCRIPTION.
Company executives committed me a holiday package worth Rs.7799 for 4 nights & 5 days, in India at any desired location along with a referral gift i.e. DELL LAPTOP. Said payment was done by me through Online DEBIT CARD Banking on 20-Dec-2013. Now when I call them on their customer care number for my holiday confirmation they do not respond at all & talk rudely. Please help me & provide necessary guideline to have a refund of my payment.
