I came in contact with Iris on 10th November, when I enquired about sd micro cards. She appeared very helpful and friendly, emailing me promptly with any questions I had before deciding to make a payment through western union, to them.
After a week, I emailed her and she said that my order was held up in chinese customs. It was then, that I suspected the worse. Although she emailed me a few more times, saying they had to sort it out, the emails became less frequent. Now it is jan 19th 2014, and nothing has come about it.
Is there anything we can do?
