I booked 4 nights in the Sheraton Downtown Philadelphia (which has an amazing management staff that was helpful beyond necessary). I received 7 different confirmation emails from EHS. On the first one, the address was for the Sheraton Downtown. For the last two, the address was for a COMPLETELY different hotel several blocks away. The confirmation number was for a reservation that they MADE in my name and then within 5 minutes of paying them for the room, they faxed a cancellation request to the hotel yet continued to send me the confirmation number for a reservation THEY cancelled. IF the staff at this hotel had been any other than the amazing people they are, myself and 2 others would be stuck in downtown Philadelphia for 4 days at a convention with nowhere to stay because most of the hotels are booked or exponentially more expensive than the reservation I had paid for. Additionally, I called EHS 3 days ahead of arrival to CONFIRM the reservation and was told that, yes, indeed, the room was booked and I had the correct reservation number.

The hotel manager worked with me over the course of approximately 90 minutes while I was lied to by the manager of EHS, he was lied to by the manager of EHS and I was subjected to her unprofessional attitude and demeanor. She told me he said he would take care of us and no refund was required. I was standing literally 4' from him when he said "I have no rooms available and you must refund the customer's money." She talked in circles and continually changed her story.

She eventually returned my calls after hanging up on me, only to tell me that the hotel had made mistakes, not her, in spite of hard evidence from the manager in print that her company had indeed cancelled the reservation 5 minutes after booking it.

DO not EVER use this company to book a reservation or you will find yourself without a place to sleep and an exorbitant charge on your credit card, after being subjected to obstinate, abusive, dishonest treatment by the supervisor of EHS.

I will be pursuing litigation with EHS.
